“Really pleased with the accommodation we were offered. The room was clean, large and with comfy beds and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The surrounding area is incredibly quiet, so good sleep is guaranteed. We didn't have breakfast but, judging from the delicious smell and the nice breakfast room where it is served, it must be a good deal. A big thank-you to the receptionist, who really went the extra mile to guide us up to the parking. ”

La camera in sé è essenziale e abbastanza spaziosa, ma non è stata mai rifatta e il secondo giorno, solo al mattino, abbiamo potuto chiedere asciugamani e carta igienica in reception, perché dopo le 21:00 non è presente nessuno e nessuno è più reperibile neppure telefonicamente (persino il servizio clienti Expedia non è riuscito a contattare nessuno e ad aiutarci). “Aria condizionata poco efficace e rumoroso. Personale ristorante scortese. Lunghe attese, porzioni da cucina gourmet, qualità medio-bassa. Al mio arrivo in sala non ho ricevuto nessun benvenuto, non hanno nemmeno preso l'ordine per l'acqua. Struttura imponente ma datata, spa che chiude presto e per chi lavora non permette di usare i servizi negli orari serali. Sono globalmente insoddisfatto. ”

“The hotel is run with minimal staff, arrive before 5 and you have to to call someone, the bar oprn from 5 to 9pm offers 25cl beer at 3.50 and 375cl of wine for 12euro, 5 star prices at a 2 star hotel. Dinner, with a limited menu 7 to 8.30pm. Staff leave at 10pm. Breakfast 7 to 8am but there were no staff in the hotel unti 7.10 so breakfast was 7.20 to 8am. Lovely location and itcoukd be so good but not whilst its run in this way.”
